Meet our Intake Specialist, Delia Ortiz! Delia has been with Freedom Through Education since the very beginning, and we can’t imagine the last nine years with out her. Delia is the first face participants see when they join our program and the voice you hear when you call our number. Delia always has the answers for many questions from family members or potential clients who are still incarcerated who are unsure of the process.

Delia’s job has many different aspects, but she constantly greets participants with compassion and understanding.
